Business Name Change

I have just learned that I need to remove the word MEDICARE from my business name to provide services in Florida.

It is the holiday season and I cannot call and confirm the process on this or that it is completely true.  

In the meantime, I need to get a small survey (30 seconds) done by as many people as possible to choose my NEW BUSINESS NAME.
